Fish Feel president Mary Finelli believes the report and recent scientific evidence should be enough to spur the Maryland government to action. "These rays have been wrongfully vilified," Finelli said. "In addition to egregious cruelty, it is environmentally reckless."
"It's brutal," said Mary Finelli of Maryland-based animal rights group Fish Feel. "It's vicious, savage, sadistic. It's appalling. The government has a responsibility to protect Maryland wildlife."
Mary Finelli, President of Fish Feel said: "There is no valid justification for the vicious massacre of these gentle creatures who are merely trying to survive.”
